All new accounts start off on our free trial plan with no cost or obligation.  You can send up to 30 payment requests each month while on the free plan. If you need to send more than 30 payment requests per month, you can easily upgrade to a paid plan.

No, we offer monthly or annual subscription plan options. Our monthly plan is designed to provide low upfront cost and flexibility, while the annual plan may appeal to customers who seek to maximize cost savings and minimize adminstrative effort.

If you send and receive under 30 payments per month, you can use Balance for free. Our paid plan enables you to send unlimited payment requests and receive unlimited payments for a predictable monthly fee. Payment processing fees are passed through at cost.

We understand how important investments in technology are for your business. We have developed a transparent and predictable pricing plan to help you decide if Balance is the right fit for your practice. It typically costs between $1.00 to $1.50 to print and mail invoices, it often takes 3 to 4 mailings to get paid, and collection rates are often around 50% even with multiple mailings. Balance can help you increase collection rates and cash flow at a lower cost than mailing while providing a better payment experience for your patients.

Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) are all available from the sign up page. When you sign up for the free trial, you'll automatically agree to our Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and BAA.
